Named after the postal address of the building, I used a bold sans serif font and combined text and numbers for a strong identity. The use of negative space is one of my favourite little tricks!
A clean, simple design to focus on the logo itself, using the Croudace Group green - the apartments are only a few minutes from Head Office so we wanted to form a visual link between the two.

One51 is a stylish apartment complex in Caterham. Situated close to a railway station, it is perfect for commuters; the identity is eye-catching and modern, aimed at the target demographic of young couples working in London, and investment buyers.
